Singapore April 26-May 2

So I guess the first trip I can write about is my recent (nearly) free excursion over to Sinagpo. Thanks to my years of saving up miles, I had plenty to get myself a free flight, and thanks to my friend Christine (who used to go to my Uni) I had free accommodation and someone to hang out with!

So I had about 5 days to wander to my heart's content and take as many photos as I wanted. Which was alot. I may I mention they are all black and white film rolls. This means getting them developed may end up costing more than ho wmuch my flights cost me : AU$125. Yikes.

But all is worth it when I get them back from being developed.
Nice to know that a few months ago an engine fell off one of these in flight to Singapore. As you do.

I got charged SG$19 for this. Damn Raffle's Long Bar ripping off tourists.

Enjoying my all time favourite chicken rice and lime juice. Heck yeah

As you can tell I took a lot of pictures of food...

Amazed my iPhone took this

My beloved MacRitchie Park where fortunately I did not encounter monkeys face-to-face.

Good ole' Clarke Quay

More chicken rice

Undies for transvestites? Notice the bulge on this female manikin.

Me drinking out of a bag
Basically my trip was eat, buy, drink, walk and take photos. Thanks Christine!
